With the success of performing around the UK as a solo singer/songwriter, racking up support slots with Glasvegas, Mark Morris and a huge hometown show at Manchester’s Apollo, with The Courteeners, “indie/pop” newcomer, Ryan Jarvis embarked on a run of shows with the backing of a full band in 2018.
In 2019 the band played sold out shows at Manchester’s Jimmy’s, Rebellion and The Venue with a packed Kendal Calling tent for good measure, on top of multiple shows around the UK. The full band arrangement will carry on into 2020 along with a string of shows and new releases. More information can be found on the bands official website.
Manchester Evening News: “Delivered with verve and conviction,Jarvis’ songs seem to share the same romantic, street level lexicon of early Alex Turner & Liam Fray. A songwriter with one hand in the kitchen sink of lyrical observation, and the other one picking out crystalline pop melodies destined to inspire many a boisterous crowd sing along”
