If you fancy something a little more ‘interactive’ why not treat yourself to a ticket to our first ever Gin, Rum and food paring masterclasses?


Taking place in our ‘Chefs kitchen’ behind the main marquee these events, limited to just 20 people per session, offer the perfect way to gain in depth knowledge about how Gin and Rums are crafted and includes some fabulous food that has been prepared using them too. The event includes a taster menu and drinks.

Ticket includes 1 hour free entry to Gin and Rum Festival after masterclass.


Sample menu:
– Digestive with scallop & latte espuma
– Old Tom with 5 spiced duck, 3 types grapefruit, watercress & birch syrup
– Rose Gin with goats cheese, berries, honey and rye biscuits
– Spiced Rum with pineapple rum baba, raspberry, coconut foam, micro coriander & rum syrup
