Events
Due to popular demand the live cookery demonstrations by celebrity chefs the Hairy Bikers, Gino D'Acampo and James Martin have now sold out. Free cookery demonstrations by other chefs are taking place in Victoria Square in Bolton town centre during the festival, along with a speciality market where up to 60 traders will be selling the best in food and drink. There are also great events taking place at participating local pubs and restaurants. To see what's on the menu read on.....
