Due to popular demand the live cookery demonstrations by celebrity chefs the Hairy Bikers, Gino D'Acampo and James Martin have now sold out. Free cookery demonstrations by other chefs are taking place in Victoria Square in Bolton town centre during the festival, along with a speciality market where up to 60 traders will be selling the best in food and drink. Victorian Themed Weekend at Olympus Fish and Chips

Step back in time at the Olympus Fish and Chip Restaurant and Take Away to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Britain’s favourite take-away meal. Staff will be wearing Victorian costumes and there will be a display of Victorian photographs in store.
