Events
Due to popular demand the live cookery demonstrations by celebrity chefs the Hairy Bikers, Gino D'Acampo and James Martin have now sold out. Free cookery demonstrations by other chefs are taking place in Victoria Square in Bolton town centre during the festival, along with a speciality market where up to 60 traders will be selling the best in food and drink. Market Place Shopping Centre - Food and Drink Festival Bandstand

Get into the festival spirit with free entertainment in the Market Place Shopping Centre Bandstand. Acts include a demonstration from Bolton Gymnastics Club, Children's dance troop 'Dancing Feet', Tris, The Rock Chicks and support from local bands and artists. BWFC Mascot Lofty the Lion will also be on hand, sporting his new Wanderers away kit.

Cooking by degrees - cookery schools for students
